A life time of meditation experience to share with you
Mindfulness can bring a wide range of evidence-based benefits such as stress reduction, improved concentration and an increased sense of well-being. This 10-week course will help provide you with the tools to begin, sustain and develop the practice of Mindfulness.
In the first five weeks, the focus will be on establishing a daily meditation practice. The second part of the course explores ways in which to bring mindful awareness into all aspects of our daily lives.
Suitable for complete beginners, or as a refresher.
There will be 10 sessions, with a break at half-term.
For anyone who already practices mindfulness, this weekly session offers support and the opportunity to practice with others. It is fine to drop in as and when. £8 per session.
Andy Taylor brings over 30 years experience of meditation and mindfulness to his practice as well as many years teaching. Andy is also a qualified and practicing psychotherapist and counsellor.
